Our highly efficient microwave units for continuous reactions and processes can be used for homogeneous and heterogeneous systems. This includes liquid-liquid, solid-liquid and liquid-gaseous reaction mixes. High viscous, particle containing slurries mixtures can be processes as well.
In addition, gases like H2, CO, CO2 or O2 can be reacted, allowing microwave supported hydrogenations, carboxylations, carbonylations or oxidations.
Microwave heating in continuous flow provides advantages of accurate temperature control in combination with short residence times in the reaction zone. Side reactions and decomposition are minimized or avoided. This results in high energy efficiency, high yields combined with high product purities, raw material savings, and waste reduction.
The microwave units are flexible and mobile but can also be incorporated in existed production lines.
